MGPA Yoga Flow

This yoga class is going to be a slow flow vinyasa style yoga that will get your body moving. Vinayasa style yoga focuses on connecting breath to flow from one pose to another. Continual movement through yoga postures and breathing will elevate your heart-rate and the balancing poses will keep you focused and strong. Modifications will be provided in order to make the class achievable for all. Please bring your own mat/towel and a water bottle.
