MGPA Yoga Flow

This yoga class is going to be a slow flow vinyasa style yoga that will get your body moving. Continual movement through yoga postures gets your heart-rate up while balancing and core sections will keep you focused and strong. Modifications will be provided in order to make the class achievable for all. Please bring your own mat/towel and water bottle.
