The Postdoctoral Division (PDD) within the Office for Research Careers (ORC), a branch of the Center for Faculty Development (CFD), was created to serve as the “home” for MGH post-docs during their post-graduate training to create a more cohesive environment that will complement their academic training experience, and help them prepare for career opportunities. |
