Keynote speaker for this year’s Alvin F. Poussaint, MD, Visiting Lectureship is Dr. Felicia Collins, who will talk about “Health Equity and COVID-19.”

RADM Felicia Collins, MD, MPH, FAAP, HMS ’95, HSPH ’99, is the Acting Assistant Secretary for Health, where she manages the development of HHS-wide public policy recommendations and oversees the Department’s key public health offices and programs, a number of Presidential and Secretarial advisory committees, 10 regional health offices across the nation, and the Office of the Surgeon General and the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps with the goal of leading America to healthier lives.
