Bodyweight Strength Training and Mobility from Your Home or Office!

This class focused on some low volume strength training (different from the high intensity class last time) with progressions and regressions to suit everyone. There was also some stretching after to help participants increase mobility in areas that were tight.
Darren Wallace led this class. Darren is a certified strength and conditioning coach with National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been coaching for over 10 years both in United States and Ireland. He currently works with New England Revolution and has worked with professional NFL, NHL and MLB athletes.
Equipment needed: Mat or towel to lay on, water and athletic attire.
