Fun Friday: Chair/Office Yoga

Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.
Chair yoga can be done in the comfort of your own office or home. You’ll practice relaxing breathing techniques and mindful movements to help relieve physical tension, quiet your mind and calm your spirit. No previous yoga experience is needed.
