Fun Friday: Chair/Office Yoga

Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.
Laura Malloy, LICSW, guided a gentle, relaxing yoga session that can be done in the comfort of your own office or home. Participants practiced relaxing breathing techniques and mindful movements to help relieve physical tension, quiet their mind and calm their spirit.
