Fun Friday: Slow Flow Yoga for Stretching and Flexibility

Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.

Gentle yoga is a slower, less intense practice, perfect for easing into the weekend. We’ll practice mindful movements, that allow our bodies to stretch and release tension. The slow flow sequence is planned to pair with your breath, beginning in a reclined position, working up to standing, then back down for our final resting pose. You’ll need some space to practice, a yoga mat or non-slip surface, and comfortable clothing.

Instructor: Natalie Egan is a Practice Support Program manager for Radiology. She is an RYT 200 and both practices and teaches yoga in Melrose, Stoneham, and Somerville Mass. In addition to yoga, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, walking her 2 or 3 dogs, travelling, attempting to sew, and figuring out unique play lists for yoga class.
