Keeping the winter blues away this season was made quick and easy with this workout that can be done in the middle of your busy work day. There’s no better way to start the new year than by strengthening multiple muscle groups in this simple yet effective routine!
Presenter: Angela Stearns, PTA, is a sports physical therapist assistant who has spent most of her life playing sports and staying active. She is a former collegiate field hockey and softball player who now enjoys taking online HIIT classes, spinning, running and yoga. Angela has merged her love for fitness into a career by teaching therapeutic exercises with an upbeat, motivational tone to her patients daily for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
