Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.

Doodle Escapes are five minutes doodle breaks. Whether you’re at your desk for 10 hours on virtual calls or a student feeling stressed out or parent who is looking for ways to engage your kids—these creative exercises give you a different way to change your mood, de-stress, challenge your brain and just relax in a new way. Deb shared 3 different simple exercises that you can use right now even if you never doodle or draw. These 5-minute exercises will help you to take a couple of minutes to de-stress, jumpstart your creative brain or just take a different kind of break.

Discover what doodles can do for you!
