Keeping Peace in Home and Family: Navigating Conflict in the Age of COVID-19 (and beyond)

May 7, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT

In this interactive session Bob Bordone, JD, Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School and Founder of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program, offered participants practical strategies for navigating conflicts that can pop up with home, family, and friends during the COVID-19 crisis.

Specifically, the webinar addressed why these conflicts can feel more intense than most and how you can address the conflict with both empathy for your loved ones and self-care for you. Participants acquired specific tools and skills for navigating these tough conflicts with time reserved for Q&A.
