The Parenting Series is an Office for Women’s Careers initiative focused on well-being and work-life balance for MGH faculty and trainee parents. Each session includes a panel of people with lived experience sharing their thoughts and stimulating discussion on a topic relevant to managing parenthood.

Do you sometimes wonder what parenting will look like in the future—or do you have thoughts and questions about your current experiences with your older kids? No matter what your parenting experience, your colleagues shared their stories and challenges with parenting children in college years and beyond, and how their relationships with their children have developed as the children—and they—have grown older.

Panel Speakers:
Jeffrey Ecker, MD, Chief of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology
Bob Kingston, PhD, Chief of the Department of Molecular Biology
Anne Levy, PhD, Senior Program Manager of the Center for Faculty Development
May Pian-Smith, MD, MS, Chief of the Division of Quality and Safety, Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine
