Own Your Career: A 5-part Workshop Series for mid-career faculty

May 9 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am EDT

Mid-career is often the most challenging period for faculty in academic medicine. Your sense of professional and personal fulfillment can get stifled in the frantic pace of work. This workshop series was designed to convene a cohort of faculty longitudinally to reflect with intention on what their goals are, whether their time is being used in the right way to achieve those goals, and realistically identify the support they need to advocate for and achieve their goals. The thought-provoking and interactive nature of this 5-session workshop aimed to help faculty reconnect to a sense of continuous fulfillment in their work.

Each hybrid workshop was one hour in length with 30 minutes afterward for group discussion if enough participants were able to stay.
