Be-Leaf in Yourself with licensed physical therapists Isabella Sprague and Angela Stearns for 20-30 minutes of upbeat exercise to keep you feeling fit as fall approaches. As we say goodbye to the warm weather, it’s also easy to say goodbye to a good fitness routine. “Be-Leaf in Yourself” for 20 minutes and you will be feeling toned and flexible as you focus on strengthening multiple muscle groups in the middle of your busy work day. Your fall treats will be well deserved after this quick and effective routine, leaving no guilt (or tricks!) during this sweater weather season!
Isabella Sprague, PT, DPT, SCS, is a Sports Physical Therapist at MGH Sports Physical Therapy who enjoys staying active with running, cycling, hiking with her German Shepherd, and practicing yoga. She was a competitive Irish Step Dancer and track and field athlete throughout her adolescence and teenage years and enjoys helping patients achieve their fitness goals and get back to their sport of choice after an injury. She is passionate about injury prevention especially in runners and field athletes.
Angela Stearns, PTA, is a sports physical therapist assistant who has spent most of her life playing sports and staying active. She is a former collegiate field hockey and softball player who now enjoys taking online HIIT classes, spinning, running and yoga. Angela has merged her love for fitness into a career by teaching therapeutic exercises with an upbeat, motivational tone to her patients daily for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
