Conflict Management and Feedback: A tool for growth and change (not a dreaded weapon)

This session focused on understanding the barriers to resolving conflict among health care team members and developing skills for using frame-based feedback as an effective way to resolve conflict. Participants worked together, applying the skill of using frame-based feedback to foster relationship building on all levels.
