Keynote lecturer: Carrie Cunningham, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, Section head of the Massachusetts General Hospital Endocrine Surgery Unit, and a senior scientist at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Technology Assessment.
