Fun Friday: Doodling
February 24 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST
Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.
Whether you’re at your desk for 10 hours on virtual calls, a student feeling stressed out, or a parent who is looking for ways to engage your kids—doodling are creative exercises that give you a different way to change your mood, de-stress, challenge your brain and just relax in a new way. Deb Putnoi showed participants how these exercises help take a couple of minutes to de-stress, jumpstart your creative brain or just take a different kind of break.
