Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.
Yoga is a practice. Life ebbs and flows; presenting obstacles as well as opportunities. It’s up to you to decide how you react to what occurs. Monia led this session to help participants find their own inner strength and see how yoga can lead them on a journey to self-discovery.
Facilitator: Monia Fernandez is a Level 1 Yoga therapist and has over 700 hours of Yoga Training as well as 50+ hours in Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy.
