Fun Friday: Warm Up for Winter

Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.
Licensed sports physical therapist, Isabella Sprague, provided this 30-minute session of upbeat exercise that had participants feeling warm and energized during the coldest time of the year. Keeping the winter blues away this season is made quick and easy with this workout that can be done in the middle of your busy workday. There’s no better way to start the new year than by strengthening multiple muscle groups in this simple yet effective routine!
Facilitator: Isabella Sprague, PT, DPT, SCS, is a Sports Physical Therapist at MGH Sports Physical Therapy who enjoys staying active with running, cycling, hiking with her German Shepherd, and practicing yoga. She was a competitive Irish Step Dancer and track and field athlete throughout her adolescence and teenage years and enjoys helping patients achieve their fitness goals and get back to their sport of choice after an injury. She is passionate about injury prevention especially in runners and field athletes.
