Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.

Laura Malloy guided a relaxing chair yoga session that can be done in the comfort of your own office or home. She practiced relaxing breathing techniques and mindful movements to help relieve physical tension, quiet your mind and calm your spirit.

Facilitator: Laura Malloy, LICSW, C-IAYT, is a Kripalu yoga teacher, yoga therapist and clinical social worker
