Fun Fridays: Painting Demonstration with Patricia Nolan-Brown (Troods)
September 17 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT
Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.
Join artist Patricia Nolan-Brown, who will be painting a scene while demonstrating her favorite way to paint, which anyone can learn. You are welcome to follow along or watch to take notes and ask questions. You will see how painting can be a form of joyful meditation once you let go of expectations.
