Fun Fridays offer a refreshing mid-day break from work to indulge in physical, mental, or creative activity.

Join Spring into Fitness! with licensed physical therapists Isabella Sprague and Angela Stearns covered 30 minutes of upbeat exercise and injury prevention tips to get healthy and stay injury free this spring and summer season. This Fun Friday class will have you feeling energized and informed as you learn tips to prevent injuries as you transition into warm weather sports and activities. You will leave this class with new safe and effective stretches and strengthening exercises to incorporate into your fitness routines.

Isabella Sprague, PT, DPT, SCS, is a Sports Physical Therapist at MGH Sports Physical Therapy who enjoys staying active with running, cycling, hiking with her German Shepherd, and practicing yoga. She was a competitive Irish Step Dancer and track and field athlete throughout her adolescence and teenage years and enjoys helping patients achieve their fitness goals and get back to their sport of choice after an injury. She is passionate about injury prevention especially in runners and field athletes.

Angela Stearns, PTA, is a sports physical therapist assistant who has spent most of her life playing sports and staying active. She is a former collegiate field hockey and softball player who now enjoys taking online HIIT classes, spinning, running and yoga. Angela has merged her love for fitness into a career by teaching therapeutic exercises with an upbeat, motivational tone to her patients daily for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
