GSD Monthly Seminar- “Importance of Mentoring”

In this session, Dr. Bouxsein will talk with MGH graduate students about mentoring and the importance of creating a mentoring circle. Dr. Bouxsein will provide valuable tips that will help graduate students better seek out mentors.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Understand the importance of mentoring
• Better identify people that should be on their mentoring team.
• Better distinguish between mentors and sponsors.
