Session closed to LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (LDP) FOR RESEARCHERS selected participants only.
In the first hour, Dr. Orf addressed the importance of leadership, including how to lead a team and motivate others. Ms. Kinsella then present on the assessment tools you completed prior to the session and how to “Improve Your Leadership Style by Understanding and Adapting Your Natural Behavior.”

He has made significant contributions to education outreach through his service on various scientific organizations dedicated to the promotion of science and education.

With a career spanning 25+ years, Teri brings broad experience to her clients, ranging from leadership of Fortune 500 global initiatives to entrepreneurship. Teri began working with The Predictive Index in 2003 as an independent marketing consultant, where she led a successful worldwide re-branding initiative.
