Listening Session with the MGPO

Listening Session, Creating Connection and Fostering Community

The MGPO wants to hear about the issues affecting you. Based on the success of the Department of Medicine’s listening sessions, the MGPO is hosting listening sessions facilitated by MGH physicians coaches, including creating connection and fostering community. The 60-minute in-person session begins with the session topic and guidelines for discussion followed by small groups of participants who will engage in facilitated discussions. The session will then end with a 15-min. debrief by the coaches. Discussions from the session will be shared with MGPO leadership, the Frigoletto Committee, and others, as appropriate.
