Are you wondering how the job climate and candidate qualifications are changing in response to the continued pandemic restrictions and social and political climates? Come to a panel discussion hosted by the MGH Postdoc Association Industry Careers Exposure committee featuring Bryan Wells, founder of biotech recruiting company Dark Horse Talent; Chris Clancy, Practice Director – Life Sciences & Biotechnology at HireMinds, and Betsy Cutting, Director of Talent Acquisition at Beam Therapeutics. This panel discussion will be based around two major questions: 1) What is the job market like, and 2) How can postdocs best prepare to be a competitive candidate in this environment.
