MGH Well-Being Summit
Are you working to improve well-being at MGH or interested in learning more to help support your and your colleagues’ well-being? Please save the date for a free MGH Well-Being Summit open to all employees on Wednesday, 11/8/23, at the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe the systemic and individual forces that affect healthcare worker resilience and well-being.
- Identify how these forces have been shaped through the COVID-19 pandemic through a health equity lens.
- Describe current efforts to mitigate healthcare worker burnout through an individual and systems-based perspective.
- Formulate recommendations for individuals and departments/units on best practices to address healthcare worker resilience in the context of interprofessional teams.
