Are you a non-US citizen MGH research fellow?

The International Postdocs Subcommittee of the MGH Postdoctoral Association is excited to announce that the highly-anticipated Green Card Info Session is back!

If you are a non-US citizen MGH research fellow, this is your opportunity to learn more about the process and requirements for USA permanent residence application.

We are pleased that this event will be led by Madeline Cronin, Mary Walsh and Alison Howard-Yilmaz from Iandoli Desai & Cronin P.C., a U.S. immigration law firm located in the Charlestown Navy Yard. The firm represents businesses, institutions and individuals on a wide range of U.S. immigration and nationality issues.

Attorney Madeline Cronin has practiced U.S. immigration law since 1994, concentrating in business, family and deportation. Madeline has lectured on U.S. immigration law topics at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars, at educational institutions, and to professional associations. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Irish International Immigration Center (IIIC), and has served as an Asylum Pro Bono Volunteer with the Political Asylum Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project.

Attorney Mary Walsh has practiced U.S. immigration law since 2006, and prior to attending law school Mary worked as an immigration paralegal in San Francisco and Cambridge for several years. Mary concentrates her practice in business and family-based immigration matters, with a specialization in obtaining visas and legal permanent resident status for research scholars, scientists, artists and athletes including O-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professors and Researchers, and National Interest Waivers.

Attorney Alison Howard-Yilmaz has practiced U.S. immigration law since 2017, concentrating in business immigration. Prior to and while attending law school, Alison worked with international students at area schools for nearly 15 years. Alison also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Central Asia.
