1. Review the application of genomic information to the diagnosis and management of central nervous system tumors
2. Review the biological basis of degenerative spine disease
3. Participate in a forum for the exchange of ideas and methodologies in the neurosurgery

Presenter:
Ganesh Shankar, MD, PhD is a board-certified spine neurosurgeon at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Mass General and a fellowship in complex spine surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. His research focuses on the development of rapid identification of tumor markers and understanding the biological basis of degenerative spine disease.
