When it comes time to sit down and write a manuscript of any kind, do you find many other things to do instead? Three senior faculty shared the strategies they use to leap the hurdle of procrastination and get down to writing.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants were be able to:
• Know several strategies to overcome procrastination.
• Use several techniques to identify thoughts that can lead to procrastination.
• Identify emotional sources of procrastination.

Target Audience: This activity was intended for faculty and faculty trainees.
