Part 1: Digital Health Research Support Teams at MGH/MGB

For research investigators, study staff and administrators, this 45-minute course will help you better understand and access internal resources and tools that will help you advance your research initiatives. This first class in the three-part Digital Research Education provides an overview of the hospital’s research support structure and identify the departments and teams involved. Providing a roadmap to help you navigate the hospital’s research support structure and identify the departments and groups involved. The course will provide an orientation to the services various teams provide and suggested best practices of working with them. At the end of the course, each participant will receive a carefully curated, comprehensive catalogue of almost 40 support teams across MGH and MGB who support and facilitate research, links to important forms, contact information and FAQs that anticipate your needs and point you in the right direction. The second course (2/22/23) will review research tools (e.g., RPDR, REDCap, etc.). The final course (3/15/23) will focus on the specific steps in the research development process. This course was developed by the Center for Innovation in Digital HealthCare (CIDH).
