Session 4 of the Social Media Series

Monique Costa provided a workshop with practical advice on LinkedIn to help faculty and faculty trainees build and utilize the platform in the most effective way.

Presenter: Monique Costa, MBA, is the Social Media Manager at Mass General Brigham. She is responsible for the social media strategy across the Mass General Brigham system and also leads the social strategy for Massachusetts General Hospital. She has been with Mass General Brigham for almost six years. With almost 10 years of experience in the social media space, Monique enjoys learning about each platform, understanding new social trends and also finding creative ways to engage with our audiences. She received her Masters in Business Administration from Assumption College as well as her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Psychology at UMass Amherst.
