Speaking Up & Giving Feedback: Mastering Conversations Up and Down the Ladder

A seminar for MGH faculty with HMS academic appointments.
This interactive workshop will discuss the importance of speaking up across authority gradients, as well as giving effective receiver-focused feedback. An array of strategies and techniques will be demonstrated. Using simulated cases, participants will have opportunities to practice in a supportive environment.
