Speed Mentoring Hour

Every month, two mentor leaders from different departments answered questions about any aspect of being a mentee or mentor. Participants did not have to be in the same department as the leaders—this event was open to faculty across MGH.

This session took place on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, 11 am – 12 pm.

Mentor leaders met with faculty members and trainees, each given 7-8 minutes to ask questions on any aspect of mentoring or being mentored and receive input from the mentor leaders.
