Strength Training Right from Your Home

This class provided some general strength training and some postural correction work to help you after a long day’s work!
Darren Wallace led this class. Darren is a certified strength and conditioning coach with National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been coaching for over 10 years both in United States and Ireland. He currently works with New England Revolution and has worked with professional NFL, NHL and MLB athletes.
